Film Making
Documentary film making during TMI During the research within the Tradtional Music in India (TMI) project, Jutta Winkler and Rolf Killius produced around 100 hours of digital film material documenting religious rituals, festivals, traditional music and dance.
Tea Music The German filmmaker Martin Baer and Rolf Killius are currently producing a documentary film about the rich music and dance culture of the tea workers and estate inhabitants – the tea garden communities – in Assam, north-east India.
